Today's activity tests your skills as a Jedi Knight! Grab your Lightsaber and challenge yourself with the different moves that are displayed. Upon your completion, your muscular endurance will be tested with 3 rounds from Darebee. For the second PE for the week, Video #11 takes on some choices that focus on Muscular Strength and Muscular Endurance. You get to choose an Avenger workout with me. I gotta say, it was harder than I thought. After that, you can play a Mario game where you have to decide what to do. Choose right, you get a point and an easier activity. Oh boy Brentwood Bears! This one is a GOOOOOD one. Happy Monday PE Rock Stars! Let me introduce you to all of the Mead School District’s Elementary PE teachers! Lace up your shoes, change into your favorite workout gear, and GET YOUR WORKOUT ON with us!!!!
Here’s the challenge….
Click the video link below, watch the video through one time and get familiar with the exercises. Next, get your water bottle handy, find a good workout space, loosen up, get your game face on and then play it again… this time you get to participate along with us!!! Do the exercises side-by-side with our favorite elementary PE teachers. When the ball gets passed, get ready to change exercises. Try to make it one time through without taking a break. If that’s easy for you – RAISE THE BAR – and aim higher, maybe twice through without a break (then give yourself a pat on the back for challenging yourself). For an even bigger challenge, do the video exercises once or twice a day each day this week.
